You have a unique story that I want to listen, and understand. At our intake, I will conduct an in-depth session where we will look at your main health concerns and goals, medical history, lifestyle; diet, sleep and movement to determine how we will move forward with support your health. After this, we move into intakes that most people found somewhere between 4-12+ sessions.
